I just found this quote but I’ve always tried to make this a mantra of mine.

Apple is going after the city of New York for using a logo that looks similar to the one that Apple uses. Both are shown above. Their argument is that it will confuse people and “seriously injure the reputation which [Apple] has established for its goods and services.”
