I hate being asked for advice. I don’t mind offering it but it just makes me irate when somebody asks for help and just does what they want in the end anyway. It ends up being a total waste of time for both parties. The funniest thing about it is that they will continue to ask for advice usually on the same subject and go on doing the same old thing. I don’t get it.

Do these people just want to talk? Is this what they consider good conversation? I really would like to know what goes on in their head as I talk to them. I wonder if they even hear the words coming from my mouth when I speak. Are they like, “I know hes speaking but I really don’t want his advice, I just asked for it”? I’m not sure anyone knows.
