I see a lot of people asking for people to donate to various charities on the side of the road near stop signs. I wonder what they pull in on a normal day. Wouldn’t it be better to just get a part time job and put all the money towards the charity or start up a site with a donate button?

I can’t imagine them making much cash from just asking and even if they worked at a fast food place or something at least they would be serving another purpose besides their charity.
