Blah Blah Blah

I just watched a bootleg copy of Fahrenheit 911. It wasn’t all that good. I liked Michael Moore’s first movie much better, Bowling or Columbine. It was about the violence problem in America but Fahrenheit seemed to just slander Bush the whole time. I don’t like Bush and think he is a horrible president. Still making a movie like that is not really good entertainment. Besides he just harped on all the good ideas he had in his first movie. But isn’t that what all movie makers do? I do however hope that this movie makes it harder, even impossible for him to win the re-election. He tells us how safe he is going to make us but are we really in danger? And if we are is it from the Iraqis?

The Iraqis never even threatened much less attacked the US. I think Bush had it out for Iraq before he even ran for president. I do think that being here in Iraq is a good thing. We really are helping the people and they seem to really want us here. I guess I am just putting a positive spin on a negative thing but would we have helped this country otherwise? Maybe this campaign in Iraq is bad on the economy but its helping lots of people here so maybe it’s a good thing at least morally.

The worst thing Bush has done I feel is try to cut back soldier pay and benefits. You can’t send your soldiers to combat where they might die and then tell them they will get paid less for it and your families won’t be given the care they have been. Well at least someone in Washington had some sense because our pay is still unchanged.

It was also interesting in seeing the numerous amount of connections with the Bush administration and Saudi Arabia. Like how Saudi Arabia has 860 billion dollars invested in American companies including oil companies belonging to George Bush himself.

I would recommend this movie regardless. It’s just something everyone should watch. But my advice would be to take it with a grain of salt. Lot’s of people I know are pissed off at this movie and it’s creator but I say who cares. I think it is good when someone exercises his/her right of free speech, sometimes regardless of what they have to say.
