I am so fucking bored right now. I had to get up at five in the morning, go on a mission, take care of my vehicle, and now I have to pull guard duty until one in the morning. And Sergeant Ochoa (which is a dirt bag) wants me to help him in the morning to do some bullshit mission. Well I think I am going to go above his head and talk to my platoon sergeant and get out of it. I need a day to relax. I am just so bored right now. It is ten at night and I still have three hours to go. The only thing I can think of to keep me busy is to write this dribble.

I wish I had more interesting things to talk about. Maybe then more people would read and comment in my blog.

Why do people think that people in the military care about what the president does? I could care less. People are always asking me about what I think about this and that. I don’t give a shit! I mean if you work as a stock boy in Walmart would you care what the CEO of Walmart is doing? Unless he plans to mess with your pay or job status you probably could care less. I feel the same way unless I am getting a raise. Oh and why do people think the Army is some small tight knit community? When people find out that im in the Army I normally get asked, “Do you know ‘blank’”. Yeah out of half a million people I know that person. They don’t even ask where I am stationed before asking about the person. They could be stationed half a world away in Korea while I am stationed in Texas. How should I know them? There are a lot of stupid people in this world.

I have been thinking about what I want to do with my hair. I am going home in less than a month to visit and I’m not sure what I want to do. I think I will continue to grow it though. I am kind of pissed I shaved it a while back. I tried to cut my own hair about a month ago (what a mistake) and ended up having to shave it all off. It has grown back pretty good now but the other day I had my friend cut it (another mistake) so it looks like shit. But I have like 20 days to let it grow back some and have it cut by someone good. I can’t wait to go home. It’s not that I really want to go home but just get out of this place. Even though it summer time, it will be much cooler and I can wear shorts and t-shirts as opposed to long sleeve shirts and pants in this 140 degree weather.
