The blog was down for over a week. My server crashed and I’ve been on the move recently and unable to correct it and my internet connection here in Iraq sucks so bad that it’s taken me almost 2 days to get it back up and running.

I’ve decided to give podcasting a go. I put together a two and a half minute podcast about my feelings on the surge in Iraq. It’s not a masterpiece but I hope to gradually improve on it.

Google just updated their Analytics offering. I really like the new layout. Not only does it look nicer with it’s whole web 2.0 thing but it’s actually easier to navigate and much cleaner then their last interface.

I started a tech blog at http://tech.sethsblog.com/. I figured I could put all my tech related ramblings there and keep this free of that bullshit.

I’ve decided to start making some changes to my blog. I’m going to re-design it and start posting more frequently like I used to. I’ve already started changing the colors around and should finish by the weekend :).

I’m back in business! I pulled the plug on hosting my sites from my apartment because Time Warner kept killing my internet connection. I now have a dedicated box hosted with Rackspace, so I should have plenty of uptime from here on out.

On this blog I average about 80 visits and 10,000 hits a day. Most of the hits come from image searches and hotlinked images I’ve placed on other sites.
