I’ve always liked Colin Powell. I wish he would run for president. I really believe that all presidents should have had senior military rank like Mr. Powell. How can we have someone in charge of the entire military who just played soldier on the weekends or never served at all? How can someone like that be allowed to send others to fight?

In the Army all NCOs were privates once themselves making them better leaders and most of the good officers I encountered were enlisted at one time. People should work their way up the ladder and not just get in because they have money or their daddy knows people. This is how most careers work and for good reason.
