I’m tired of posting things to sell on Craigslist, getting a ton of emails and then getting stood up. If you’re unsure, don’t reply!

I completely understand…I stopped posting on Craigslist a long time ago, because people often didn’t show up and I would be stuck there waiting…and also decided that I didn’t want that many strangers knowing where I lived (cause whether they show or not…by then they have your address!)
I never give my address until the the buyer has 1) emailed me a phone number and a time they are going to visit, and B) I have called them to confirm (and that’s when I usually mention cash only).
Then they always show up, plus you have traceability as to their identity.
