Fucking Sick
I was watching the O’Reilly Factor the other night and although I really don’t agree with most of what he has to say I do like hearing from all sides. On this particular episode he was discussing the rape of a 6 year old girl. Actually she was 6 when this started and lasted until she was 10. The man was caught and sentenced to only 60 days in prison.
This should make you cringe unless you’re a sick bastard yourself. The judge said that he didn’t want him sitting in jail but rather getting him help as soon as possible which I agree with. Being in prison for 20 years will just make him a hardened criminal instead of a middle aged freak. He does need help but I have trolled many articles and haven’t seen anything about what that treatment entails. Will he be on the streets or in some “hospital” like facility?
The worst part about this is that the parents knew the guy and he frequently stayed over and slept in this girls bed! Who the fuck lets there 6 year old girl sleep with some guy in her bed! I wouldn’t even let my 16 year old daughter sleep in bed with a guy. These parents should have also receive 60 days in my opinion. They are just as at fault as the 34 year old perv who committed the crime.

I see stuff like this all the time. WTF is wrong with those judges? Are they pervs too? With those kind of decisions they just have to be.
Actually it’s impossible to cure a pedophile. Just like you can’t cure a gay person. You can either kill them or stick ‘em behind bars for life.
The parents should have the child taken away from them. This is wrong in SO MANY levels…
Cure gay people eh? I didn’t realize gay people had a disease to cure. Maybe we need to cure your homophobia…
The judge needs locking up too.
A criminal sentence is about retribution, on behalf of society, as well as “rehabilitiation” (and, yes, we know there is precious little of the latter in jail).
60 days? That doesn’t come close to punishment enough.
Punish first; treat second.
Will that same judge be presiding when that same man appears in court in the future, for the same crime, or worse? Will that judge get to see the result of his sentencing?
