The point of no return
Posted by Seth on February 23, 2008 , 2 Comments
It sucks when I stay up for so long that I finally hit the point of no return and can’t sleep until I’ve drained every ounce of energy from my body. History has shown that I’ll eventually collapse into a pile of goo and sleep for the next 12 hours waking up with a saliva soaked pillow and no idea what day it is.
Right now I’m on hour 41 with no end in sight. I tried reading, taking pills, running, and even sub-netting IP addresses which is the most boring activity known to man and I still have a ton of energy.

Lunesta works.
Or Ambien - but that actually made me feel groggy and kind of drunk. Either way, RX is a healthy solution to sleep-deprivation.
Also, take a deep breath, then count 1… second deep breath, count2… until you hit 50.
